UBCP Collective Agreements
UBCP/ACTRA’s principal function is the negotiation, administration and enforcement of collective agreements on behalf of professional performers in the recorded media. Our local and national collective agreements cover a whole array of production types, including film, TV, radio, digital media and videogame productions.
Working with a low-to-no budget? A student film? We’ve got agreements for that too!
Please contact our Business Agent if you are unsure of which agreement applies to your production or for more information on working with our agreements.
