We only collect Personal Information that is provided to us voluntarily when you complete your name, address and any additional details you choose to provide, on the “contact us” portion of our website. Such Personal Information is collected for the sole purpose of adding your name and details to our mailing list in order to provide you with updates and invitations to upcoming UBCP events that may be of interest to you. By providing us with Personal Information on the “contact us” portion of our website, you consent to the collection and use of such information in accordance with this privacy statement. We do not disclose any Personal Information to any third parties, except as required by law.

We also collect Personal Information to the extent that you send us e-mail. We will use this information only for the specific purpose for which you submit the information.

Cookies are small data files that are sent to your browser and stored on your computer’s hard-drive when you visit certain websites in order to “track” your visit to the site. Please note that we do not currently use cookies on our website.

We will keep your Personal Information stored through physical, administrative and physical means to safeguard it from unauthorized access. Also, we will keep your Personal Information only as long as necessary or relevant for the purposes identified above.

General Provisions
This Agreement, including any documents referenced herein constitutes the entire agreement between UBCP and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and UBCP with respect to the Site. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be advisable in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties expressly request and require that this Agreement and any related documents be drawn up solely in the English language.
