The Role of the Executive Board (“E-Board”) is detailed in the Union By-Laws. Over the past several years, the work of the E-Board has been critical in moving the Organizational structure to a place where the Roles and Responsibilities of both Elected Members and Staff are more clearly defined, minimizing conflicting responsibilities and reporting between all levels of the Organization; the Executive Board Members, Senior Staff, the Canadian Auto Workers (“CAW”) Staff, the Membership, External Service Providers and Industry Partners.”
All Directors perform such duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Executive Board or the membership. All members of the Executive Board must adhere to the Code of Conduct.
