Course Registration and Refund Policy
- Payment must be received at the time of registration.
- Returned payments will be subject to a $10.00 processing fee (NSF).
- Cancellation will only be accepted up to seven (7) days prior to the course start date and is subject to a processing fee equal to 50% of the registration fee.
- Refunds for cancellation will only be given provided the Union receives written notice (acknowledged email acceptable).
- The registration fee will be forfeited for cancellation within seven (7) days of the course start date.
- The Union reserves the right to cancel seminars due to insufficient registration or circumstances beyond the Union’s control.
- Should the Union cancel a workshop/seminar due to insufficient registration or circumstances beyond the Union’s control, the full amount of the registration fee shall be refunded.
